Code of Ethics

Before becoming licensed, candidates must disclose any past or pending charges or litigation against them; agree in writing to adhere to the CFP® Code of Ethics and to recognize the right of FPSC to enforce the CFP Code of Ethics. Additionally, CFP licensees must, on an annual basis, attest to their ongoing compliance with the CFP Code of Ethics before their CFP licence will be renewed.  View the Code of Ethics >>
